Bey Rivals Vector Valkyra
Vector Valkyra is the Rare Attack starter in Bey Rivals and the only layer with a recorded stat grade: SS in Attack. The October 22 patch buffed it, and the Bey Rivals tier list calls it the best free starter. Its passive, Victory Rush, adds 20 percent burst damage.

Vector Valkyra moves and passive
Every layer has three moves on R, G and V, and the second and third unlock as you level the layer. Vector Valkyra's are Rush Shoot, Flash Shoot and Jet Shoot. What each one does is not published yet, and neither is its Awakening, which you trigger with E once it is ready.
Why Vector Valkyra is the best free starter
It is the only Attack starter, it has the one recorded SS stat grade, and its passive adds burst damage. The October 22 update buffed it, and Attack beys deal much more burst damage since the afternoon update that day. After the October 25 patch the Attack type keeps big burst damage but fills the Ultimate meter more slowly.
Where Vector Valkyra falls short
It is Rare, the second-lowest rarity, so it sits in A tier while the S-tier beys are Legendary or Divine. Stamina beys take 10 percent less burst damage from Attack types, which blunts its burst plan. The Bey Rivals beginner guide helps you choose between the three starters.
How to get Vector Valkyra
Choose Vector Valkyra as your starter in the tutorial. The first spin there is free, and later Standard summons cost 400 BP or 1 Spin Ticket. Whether Vector Valkyra can also drop from a banner is not published.
Is Vector Valkyra worth it?
New players who like to attack, and anyone who wants a good bey without spending BP or Robux.
